Physics Webinar Series V: Mata Sinar X untuk Pengamatan Visual Tembus Pandang

After the success of the Physics Webinar Series IV, entitled of Pengembangan Electronic Nose, this month the Physics Study Program, FMIPA Universitas Udayana  will again hold a Physics Webinar Series V entitled of Mata Sinar X untuk Pengamatan Visual Tembus Pandang. This activity involves Prof. Drs. Gede Bayu Suparta, M.S., Ph.D as a keynote speaker. He is an innovator of digital radiography devices. He is also one of the experts in digital radiography technology in Indonesia. Administratively, he is also a lecturer at the Department of Physics, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Universitas Gadjah Mada.

Talking about radiography technology, of course, almost everyone is familiar with it. The most common example of radiographic technology known to the public is CT-Scan or Rontgen. This technology utilizes X-ray radiation (electromagnetic wave spectrum) to image the internal parts of an object. Of course, we can't see the internal part directly with the naked eye, therefore in order to image this part we need imaging technology, in this case radiography technology. What has been done by Prof. Drs. Gede Bayu Suparta, M.S., Ph.D is part of the research section on the development of digital radiography devices, one of which is the latter to image the lung conditions of patients infected with Covid-19. The product developed is an innovative product in the field of applied physics for medical applications. What is the story of this technology development like? Let's join this Physics Webinar Series V. Come on, register yourself now via the following link. Click here for registration.

Note: This webinar will be hold on Saturday, 23rd October 2021 and started from 09.00 - 11.00 WIB (GMT+7).
