Laboratory

The Physics study program has eight laboratories to support the learning and research processes of students and lecturers. Specifically, the Laboratory's functions are as follows:

1. educational support facilities,
2. a place for student research activities,
3. place for lecturer research activities,
4. a place to provide services in the field of education, research students and lecturers from outside the physics study program.

The laboratory is led by a lecturer whose expertise has met the requirements in accordance with a particular branch of science, technology and is responsible to the study program coordinator. Currently in the Physics Study Program there are 8 laboratories, namely:

1. Basic Physics Laboratory (Head: Dra. Nyoman Wendri, M.Si.)
2. Modern Physics Laboratory  (Head: Drs. Ida Bagus Alit Paramarta, M.Si.)
3. Material Physics and Optoelectronics Laboratory (Head: Drs. Made Sumadiyasa, M.Si.)
4. Medical Physics and Biophysics Laboratory (Head: I Gusti Agung Ratnawati, S.Si., M.Si.)
5. Instrumentation and Electronic Laboratory (Head: Prof. Dr. Drs. Anak Agung Ngurah Gunawan, M.T.)
6. Physics Computation Laboratory  (Head: I Gusti Agung Widagda, S.Si., M.Kom.)
7. Optic and Wave Laboratory (Head: Dr. Ir. Winardi Tjahyo Baskoro, M.T.)
