Physics Study Program Joined AMI 2026

On September 21, 2026, an Internal Quality Audit (AMI) was conducted simultaneously at both the study program and faculty levels at the Postgraduate Building of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (FMIPA), Universitas Udayana (Kampus Sudirman). The Physics Study Program, operating under FMIPA, participated in this audit. This year's AMI was organized by Udayana University’s Institute for Learning Development and Quality Assurance (LP3M), utilizing internal auditors drawn from the faculty's Quality Assurance Units (UP3M). The audit session for the Physics Study Program was attended by the auditors, the Physics Study Program Coordinator, and 15 lecturers who comprised the 2026 AMI self-assessment report (borang) preparation team. The audit team consisted of a lead auditor, Prof. Dr. Irdhawati, S.Si., M.Si. (Chemistry), and members including Dr. Ni Made Rai Suarni, M.Si. (Biology), I K. Putra Juliantara, S.Pd., M.Si. (Biology), Dr. Dwi Ariani Yulihastuti, S.Si., M.Si. (Biology), and Dr. Ida Ayu Gede Widihati, S.Si., M.Si. (Chemistry). The scope of this year's audit covered education, human resources, facilities and infrastructure and financing, research, community service, organizational vision and mission, partnerships, the core scientific pattern (PIP), organizational identity, student affairs, IT & communication, and public relations. Audits were performed against all relevant standards—including Process, Assessment, Content, Management, Facilities and Infrastructure, and Financing—across each of these areas. A notable feature of this year's AMI was the use of the e-AMI platform, which is integrated with Udayana University’s SIM-Q IMISSU system. This allowed the auditees to upload all required documentation to the platform, while auditors could review the materials and assign scores directly.
