Physics Study Program of Universitas Udayana Conducted Curriculum Bechmarking at Department of Physic Universitas Negeri Malang

Physics study program of Universitas Udayana conducted a curriculum benchmarking at the Physics Department, FMIPA Universitas Negeri Malang (Monday, October 2 2023). This activity was carried out as an initial step in revising the Physics curriculum, especially the formulation of CPL and CPMK which supports the implementation of outcome-based education (OBE). This benchmarking activity was attended by five lecturers and four staff from Physics study program of Universitas Udayana. During the visit, representatives from the Physics study program were warmly received by the academic community of the Physics Department Universitas Negeri Malang. Also attending this activity were Prof. Dr. Ahmad Taufiq, M.Si, is the Head of the Physics Department, Universitas Negeri Malang. In his speech, he was very happy about the visit of the team from the Physics study program at Universitas Udayana to the Physics Department.

Apart from discussing the curriculum, the Udayana Physics study program team was also invited to visit various educational and research laboratories managed by FMIPA Universitas Negeri Malang. The Udayana physics study program lecturers admitted that they were very amazed at the rapid progress that had been experienced by the Physics Department, Universitas Negeri Malang. The reason is, the various positive efforts that have been made by the team from the Department of Physics, Universitas Negeri Malang can be used as an example for developing the Physics Study Program at Universitas Udayana.
