KBK Fisika Material dan Optoelektronik

KBK ini ditujukan untuk menghasilkan lulusan yang mampu merencanakan dan melaksanakan penelitian dalam bidang fisika material dan terapannya. Selain itu, mahasiswa yang mengikuti KBK ini diharapkan mampu melakukan kontrol kualitas dan kuantitas energi serta mengembangkan usaha diversikasi energi. Bidang keahlian ini membawahi bidang kajian fisika  semikonduktor, superkonduktor, polimer, dan optoelektronik.

Ketua KBK Fisika material dan Optoelektronik adalah Drs. Made Sumadiyasa, M.Si.
